Lebanon, N.H.  November 20, 2003.    Admotec Inc., has introduced the new K Series magnetic encoders that produce high resolution (up to 7200 cpr) and operate in harsh environments, including shock, vibration, sawdust, oil, grease, salt spray, excessive moisture and condensing humidity.

The new K Series magnetic encoders incorporate a high accuracy magnetoresistive chip sensor and on-board interpolator with a large (up to 2 mm) wheel/sensor gap.  Available with wheels from 10 mm (1/2 in) to 250 mm (10 in), K Series magnetic encoders offer a virtually unlimited choice of wheel size and resolution.  Custom units can also be designed for special requirements.
